1. **No Returns or Exchanges:** Since each item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges once your order has been placed.
2. **Order Modifications:** You may request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order will enter production, and no further modifications will be possible.
3. **Quality Guarantee:** We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly work to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or a refund in such cases.
4. **Sizing and Design Accuracy:** To ensure your satisfaction, please double-check your order details, including sizes, colors, and customizations, before completing your purchase. We provide detailed sizing charts and customization guidelines to help you make informed decisions.
5. **Damaged or Incorrect Items:** In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will require photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will provide a solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
